Enter the email address on your account. We will send a confirmation link to that address — the account is deleted only after you follow it, so nobody else can delete your account by typing your address here.
Records of transactions, account activity and identity verification are kept for as long as financial-services and anti-money-laundering law requires — at least five years after the account closes. Our payment and banking partners keep their own records under the laws that apply to them. Retained records are used only for legal and regulatory compliance, resolving disputes and preventing fraud, and never for marketing.
If you hold any gift-card value, redeem or request a refund of it before deleting — deletion does not return it to you.
